Paul Revere Play Lot
Needs Your Help!

The Friends of Paul Revere Play Lot & Park is a non-profit organization formed in 2005 by residents of the North Center and St. Bens neighborhoods. Our goal is to raise money to renovate the Play Lot in order to make it safer and more enjoyable for the entire community.

Our goal is to raise $200,000.00 by the year 2007 and to obtain matching funds from the City and Park District. We plan to accomplish this goal in stages, with the first stage being $25,000.00 by the end of 2005 as that will qualify us for further assistance from the Chicago Park District.

While our group is just in the infancy stage, we are already moving forward with our plans to qualify as a 501(c)(3) public charity so that donations will be tax-deductible.

We plan to hold open meetings to discuss the current condition of the Play Lot and will have fundraising events throughout the year. Visit our Events & Meetings page to see what we have planned.

Our mission will only be accomplished if area residents get involved and support the cause. Please contact us via e-mail at friendsofrevere@yahoo.com for more information, or visit the "Getting Involved" page on this site by
